Future primary and kindergarten teachers introduced to the ELIPS project

Nature protection is extremely important for the future of our planet. Therefore, it is crucial to educate future primary and kindergarten teachers about this issue and involve them in projects dealing with this topic.

Zorica Veinović, member of the ELIPS project team, and associate professor at the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Belgrade, presented our project to undergraduate students attending the elective course Children in the Role of Nature Guardians (December 12, 2023), and then to МА students in the course Modern Methodical Directions in Learning about the Environment (January 9, 2024).

The students showed great interest in the ELIPS project and its results and participated in a discussion about their importance in the context of the profession they have chosen.

Cooperation with future and current educators and primary and kindergarten teachers is key to the ELIPS project!
